Frederick Gymnastics Club, located in Frederick County, Maryland is the premier gymnastics facility for kids!
Frederick Gymnastics Club provides high quality instruction and programs for boys and girls from walking to adult in gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling. We offer a variety of instructional programs for preschool, recreational and competitive gymnasts and tumblers as well as special activities like Ninja Gym, Birthday Parties, Camps, Kids’ Nights Out and Tumbling Clinics.
Our 18,000 square foot facility is air conditioned and contains state-of-the-art equipment including In-Ground Trampolines, Deep Foam Training Pits and an 80-Foot Rod Floor.
